Business Arising
Changing of constitution re Life Member. Still in hands of solicitor. Minutes of ADA AGM read and confirmed and initialed.
Business Arising
Mr Smith and Mr McKinnon to approach prison superintendent re, rules of prison and debating. 3 signatures for cheques. Mr Smith, Mr Martin and Mr Kirk. 2 out of 3 signatures required for signing of cheques.

Chairman of each sub committee to present a report to the ex committee each meeting. After a long discussion it was moved and passed that Mr Smith and Mr Simpson investigate Publicity Committee and report at the next ADA meeting.

To be held, before Easter.
