Great Fireworks Debates:- Herald advertising costs still in dispute. A letter from the President to be sent to Wilson & Horton requesting a reduction in advertising costs which are still showing.
Minutes of 5th Dec., outwards correspondence add "to" and "J.Hopkins." The amended minutes were accepted.
Inwards correspondence:-St David's Prtesbyterian Church confirm booking, W.Parks-resignation.
Outwards correspondnece-To S Came AUDS re Debating Venue.

Moved R.Forbes seconded H.Guthrie "That the Inwards Correspondence be received and the Outwards Correspondence confirmed.
Treasurers Report was presented by W.Parks. Moved R.Forbes seconded H.Guthrie "That the Treasurers Report be adopted." Carried.
Accounts passed for payment. $23.15 D.Small (W.Brindle $25 engraving). Moved R.Forbes seconded H.Guthrie "That the Accounts be passed for payment."
