I am pleased to advise that your organisation has been granted $1,000.00 for purchase of timing bells, debating books, development of training materials/video and region wide impromptu debating camp. A cheque for that amount will be sent to you within the next two weeks.
It would be appreciated if you would acknowledge the support of Auckland City in any publicity you use to promote your project and a logo sheet is available for that purpose.
In due course you will be sent an Accountability Form which will ask for verification that the funds have been used for the purpose granted, and asking you tn provide evidence of that expenditure (eg, receipts, invoices or signed statments by the organisations treasurer or accountant).
