Dear Mr Martin
This Club would like to express our appreciation of the contribution you have personally made to the ADA as President - this of course was only to be expected from a former able Treasurer! Club members are pleased that you are prepared to be re-nominated for President and would like the privilige of nominating you for this position.
As a measure of support for the ADA the WEA has decided to present a trophy - for the "runner-up" team in the Novice Finals. We consider this will place emphasis on team-work rather than an individual speaker - and this after all is what debating is/should be all about.
